Our goal is to make sure we’re doing our best to to m deliver our products as fast as possible and with the fewest issues should something go wrong. Our policies related to shipping are listed here:
- We ship to the lower 48 states using UPS, USPS and if your order is above 150 lbs., please contact us for a freight quote.
- For local customers located within 20 miles of our store location please call us to see if you qualify for large orders and special deliveries at a fixed cost.Â
- Online Orders submitted before 1 pm CST will go out the following business day.
- Many areas of the supply chain are experiencing delays due to the high volume of shipments, so please be patient.
Return & Refund Policy
We have very few returns but in the case you want to return an item we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (from the date of purchase) for all our products except paints, solvents, finishes and chemicals (applies to all Renner products).
- To receive the refund a copy of your original receipt is required.
- We will issue the refund once we receive the returned item and confirm it has no signs of use, damage, or misuse. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, and we do not refund shipping charges.
