SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the customer-service and transactional SMS/MMS messaging program operated by WoodWorx Lumber Supply, Inc. (“WoodWorx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) using 847-807-4050.
WoodWorx uses text messaging to receive and respond to customer orders, reorders, and product questions; receive images or product information to assist with product identification; notify customers when orders are ready for pickup; communicate store hours; provide general technical guidance; send UPS shipping and tracking links; send payment reminders; communicate about account, order, delivery, or service issues; and send links or PDF files such as product data sheets, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets.
2. Transactional Program Only
The present program is for customer-service and transactional communications. Consent to this program does not authorize WoodWorx to send marketing messages, promotional offers, or advertisements.
If WoodWorx introduces promotional SMS messaging in the future, it will treat that messaging as a separate program and obtain any separate consent required by applicable law and messaging rules.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive WoodWorx customer-service and transactional text messages by:
- Checking an optional SMS-consent checkbox on a WoodWorx website or order form;
- Providing verbal consent to a WoodWorx representative after hearing the applicable SMS disclosure; or
- Sending a text message to 847-807-4050. By initiating a text conversation, you consent to receive replies and related customer-service or transactional messages concerning your request, order, account, or issue.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and generally will not exceed 10 messages per day per active customer. More than 10 messages may be exchanged when you are participating in an active conversation or when additional messages are reasonably necessary to address an active order, delivery, account, or customer-service issue.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates and terms govern charges for sending or receiving messages. WoodWorx does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.
6. Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to 847-807-4050. We may send one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through this SMS program unless you opt in again.
Other words or requests that clearly communicate a desire to stop messages will be handled in accordance with applicable law and messaging-provider requirements.

8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS and MMS delivery is subject to wireless-network availability, carrier support, device compatibility, and other factors outside WoodWorx’s control. Delivery is not guaranteed and messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Images, Documents, Links, and Technical Information
You may send images or product information to help WoodWorx identify products or process an order. Do not send content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unrelated to your business with WoodWorx.
WoodWorx may send links, shipping information, or PDF files, including product data sheets, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets. Customers should review current product labels, manufacturer instructions, and applicable safety data sheets before using any product.
Technical information provided by text is general customer-service guidance based on the information available at the time. It is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, required workplace safety procedures, professional advice, or an on-site evaluation. SMS should not be used for emergencies or urgent safety matters.
10. Payment Reminders and Sensitive Information
Payment-reminder messages are informational and do not modify invoice terms, credit terms, or other contractual obligations. Do not transmit full credit-card numbers, bank-account information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information by SMS.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of SMS-related information is governed by the WoodWorx SMS Privacy Policy posted on woodworxsupply.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
12. Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Updated SMS Terms will be posted on woodworxsupply.com with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms to the extent permitted by law.
